Thrive Church is a spirit-filled,  non-denominational, authentic church plant in Searcy, Arkansas. We have a passion to reach the community of Searcy and beyond. We are in the early stages of our church,  having our first Sunday Morning Service on July 11th, 2021. We are currently building teams and ministries that will help us better serve our members and the community of Searcy.  We currently offer men and women’s bible studies meeting weekly, and are in the process of creating ministries for children and teenagers.

Roger & Stephanie Powers

Roger and Stephanie Powers are passionate about sharing the life-giving message of Jesus Christ, and how to find freedom through a personal relationship with Him. For over 10 years, they’ve known that God has had a plan and purpose for them in Searcy. After much prayer and seeking, they felt confirmation that it was time to move forward with the dream they believe God placed in their hearts, and Thrive Church was born. The Powers moved back to Searcy in 2020 with the intent of fostering relationships, building community, and inspiring people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Roger and Stephanie have been happily married for 20 years, and have three beautiful daughters.

Roger has a Bachelor of Biblical Studies from Ecclesia College, as well as a Master of Divinity (Theology) from Liberty University. Roger and Stephanie are both Destiny Leadership Institute graduates, and hold ministry credentials from Destiny Ministries.
