YOU WERE MADE TO THRIVE
At Thrive Church, we strive to be a safe place where imperfect people can come as they are and have a real encounter with Jesus. We want to help people experience freedom, grow in their relationship with Christ, and develop life-giving relationships with other believers. We believe that we all are created with a purpose, and we want to help you THRIVE in who God has created you to be.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We know how hard it can be to come to church for the first time. Here’s what you can expect when you visit!
YOUR ARRIVAL
At Thrive Church, you’ll be welcomed into a friendly, casual environment by people who are excited to see you. Coffee, donuts, and bottled water are available for all who attend.
DURING THE SERVICE
You will hear a relevant, dynamic, straightforward message based on the Bible that is designed to be helpful in your everyday life.
As part of our weekly services, we do take up an offering. If you are a guest, please do not feel any pressure or obligation to give. This is an act of worship for our regular attenders, allowing them to thank God for all of the great work He is doing in their lives and to give back to help continue the life-changing work of the church.
At the closing of each service, you will have an opportunity to pray with a member of our prayer team.
AFTER SERVICE
We would love for you to fill out a connect card and turn it into one of our greeters so we can connect with you! We would love to give you a gift for visiting us before you leave.
WHAT KIND OF CHURCH IS THRIVE CHURCH?
We are a spirit-filled, non-denominational, authentic church where people can come as they are to worship.
WHAT IS THE WORSHIP LIKE?
We begin each service with contemporary Christian music led by our Thrive Church Worship team. Whether you lift your hands in praise and sing along or stand in quiet reflection, we hope you’ll feel God’s presence. The altar is always open during worship, and people are encouraged to come down front if they feel comfortable.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Our church dresses with diversity. Some prefer to dress in business casual while others choose to come in jeans and t-shirts. We’d rather have you join us for worship than feel nervous about what you have to wear.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
We currently provide nursery for ages 0-5/Kindergarden during the entire service. Thrive kids (1st-6th grades) will attend the music part of the service with their parents, and then dismiss to their own class before the sermon begins.
